ARRIVE & BREATHE

For a punctual and relaxed start, we recommend that you arrive a few minutes early. We are happy to serve you coffee, tea, cold drinks or Prosecco. So that you can relax perfectly, we also recommend that you set your cell phone to silent mode. 

DELAYS

If you arrive late, you can shorten the treatment times to ensure that the next guest's treatment begins as planned.

CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT

The treatments you book will be reserved specifically for you. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations made less than 24 hours. Appointments that are not canceled by you will be charged at 100%.

WHAT HAPPENED TO MINE
TREATMENT

After you have arrived with us, we will offer you the opportunity to relax for a moment. You can then take off your jewelry and, if necessary, clothing in the treatment cabin. You can then make yourself comfortable on our treatment couch. If you are with us for the first time and have booked a welcome treatment, your treatment will start with a detailed, digital skin analysis so that we can discuss what your skin really needs. During your subsequent treatments, we always start with a manual skin analysis in order to be able to react to spontaneous changes. Depending on which treatment you have booked, we cleanse your face and décolleté, apply a blood circulation mask and then a peeling and clean out any impurities. We then start with the care products, which we adapt individually to your skin needs.

For most treatments, we select an ampoule or an active serum, apply it and a mask to you, let both take effect briefly and then remove it again. At the end of your treatment, we will give you final care and eye care. If you would like, we can also give you light daytime make-up. After your treatment, we will show you the products that we recommend for your daily care at home - perfectly tailored to you, your beauty wishes and your skin. You decide for yourself whether and which products you want to buy. And if you're not sure yet, we'll be happy to write down our recommendations in your personal Beauty Pass

In addition to cash payments, we accept the following payments:

VOUCHERS

Vouchers are multi-purpose vouchers that can be redeemed to the extent of their equivalent value for treatments as well as for the purchase of all products and services. In most cases, we enter a treatment in addition to the value on the voucher card that we issue in the store. This should only be viewed as a suggestion. Our vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. . Cash payment and transfer of our vouchers are not possible. For partial purchases, the remaining amount will be noted on the voucher.

They can only be redeemed for a product or service in our store.
